About me

My name is Wouter Hillen,

I am a designer/front-end developer from the Netherlands. I grew up in a small village in the eastern part of the Netherlands but I never stayed in the same place for a long time.

I graduated the studies Multimedia Design and Digital Communication.

After graduating I started working for a small startup company in Utrecht making websites for local businesses using mostly custom-made Wordpress Templates.

After doing that for several years I am currently living in Nijmegen, working at a productcompany who ownes several large websites collecting over 6 million combined unique visitors a month. Some of these websites are: www.telefoonboek.nl, www.openingstijden.com and www.beste.nl.

To stay creative I also like to do sideprojects and small client-based work on the side.
